1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging College Planning Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), accessing our website, or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

College Planning Solutions provides educational consulting and advisory services related to college admissions, including but not limited to:

College selection and list development
Application strategy and timeline development
Essay review, editing, and feedback
Financial aid and scholarship guidance
Athletic recruitment advisement (where applicable)
Transfer student counseling
Interview preparation and mock interviews
Academic planning and course selection guidance

Services are customized based on your selected package or consultation level as outlined in your service agreement.

3. Service Agreement

All services are governed by a separate written service agreement that specifies:

Scope of services
Timeline and deliverables
Payment terms and schedules
Specific client and company responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions supplement but do not replace your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Meet agreed-upon deadlines and appointment schedules
Complete assigned tasks, forms, and questionnaires promptly
Maintain respectful communication and professional conduct
Notify us immediately of any changes in circumstances
Respect scheduled session times and communication boundaries

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact service delivery and outcomes. Delays caused by client non-compliance are not the responsibility of College Planning Solutions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, check, credit card, and online payment platforms
All fees are due according to the payment schedule in your agreement
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Returned payment fees may apply for insufficient funds or declined transactions

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Services may be cancelled with seven (7) days written notice
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering services already rendered
No refunds are provided for completed work or after final deliverables are provided
Missed appointments without 24-hour advance notice may forfeit that session
Emergency cancellations will be handled at our discretion

7. Results and Performance Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: College Planning Solutions does not guarantee:

Admission to any specific college or university
Scholarship awards or financial aid packages
Specific test score improvements
Athletic recruitment offers
Any particular outcome in the admissions process

Our services provide guidance, expertise, and strategic support. Final admission decisions rest solely with educational institutions.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information remains strictly confidential
We do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent
Our full Privacy Policy governs data collection and use
Confidentiality extends beyond the term of our service relationship

9. Communications and SMS Messaging

Primary communication occurs via email, phone, and scheduled video conferences
We may send SMS messages for appointment reminders and important updates with your consent
You may opt out of SMS messages by replying "STOP" at any time
Standard response time is 24-48 business hours during business days
Mark urgent matters clearly in communications

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, frameworks, and tools remain our intellectual property
Clients may use materials solely for their personal college planning process
Materials may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for admission decisions or third-party actions
You assume all risks related to college application outcomes

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless College Planning Solutions from claims arising from:

Your misuse of our services or materials
False or misleading information you provide
Your violation of these terms or applicable laws
Third-party claims related to your application materials

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

With written notice as specified in the service agreement
Immediately for breach of these terms
Upon completion of agreed-upon services

Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration
Arbitration will be conducted under [State] law in [City, State]
Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise awarded

15. Governing Law
